It’s Monday morning in my house, it is spring 2021, a year into quarantining and remote learning, and, for parents, a whole year into the challenge of trying to make remote learning work for your child.

Right now, for my third grader this means it’s time to get back in front of a screen again. Mondays can be rough. When the complete meltdown hits it truly blindsides me… as it did this particular day....

Lately, lot's of people have been talking about school during a pandemic. It's pretty messy and there are no clear answers. Whether your kids are remote learning, or hybrid learning, or in school but under quarantine conditions- I’m sure none of us expected to find ourselves still here, a year later. Today I’m here to guide you through the bumps, the tears, the meltdowns, with another little story from my home to yours. I walk you through the three steps of the courageously compassionate parent, the three steps that are there for you, no matter what situation you find yourself in. To continue my little story which guides you through the three steps please click here. I hope it helps you as much as it does me! In my classes and individual coaching I guide you though using the three steps with limits, repairing ruptures, sibling conflict, transitions, not to mention learning all about the brain, your parenting style, temperament, how to communicate with compassion (and more!) I love supporting parents and I'd love to know how it's going for you. This moment in history is like none other- an opportunity to love more deeply than ever before. We are all craving connection right now, our kids too. Let me show you the way to the richness that life can be, a life full of love, even in, especially in, the midst of challenge and stress. With so much love, Vanessa
